Landels-Hill Big Creek Reserve

Collect insects with aerial, sweep, and D-nets. Insects will be curated and coarsely identified on-site before being taken to UCSC's Norris Center for incorporation into an entomological teaching collection. The field trip is meant to immerse students in insect ecology, collection techniques, and curation.
