Sagehen Creek Field Station

We intend to collect nectar from 1-2 flowers from ~20 different A. formosa plants. We will measure the volume of nectar collected and the sugar concentration of the nectar as well as plate nectar samples on plates designed to select for either bacterial or fungal microbes.
